Another example of the capabilities of smartphones for nightscape imaging taken with the new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL from our headquarters at Dark Sky® Alqueva, in Portugal, showing our historic building under the red lights – friendly for night time environment – and above it, the colorful paths from Orion constellations bright stars. Captured during 1h, with short exposures of 16 seconds each, then combined to create the startrail image. Smartphones like Google Pixel 9 Pro XL they will definitely be a game changer in a short future.
